Certainly there is a global digital divide, but even so the Internet is changing how news is delivered—and covered—in the developing world. Examples: Bloggers in Egypt post video of torture victims. Guatemalan community radio stations use the Web to create a news network. Citizen journalists in Mexico videocast a crackdown on protesters.
